Premier Soccer Club and Camps
Prior to the start of the Spring 2018 season, we will have an optional week and a half of pre-season which will be composed of SAQ (Speed, Agility and Quickness) and Shooting/Finishing. 
There are three SAQ and three Shooting/Finishing sessions for each age group. Schedule is posted below and registration can be made via the Paypal link. All players are welcome to attend.

SAQ Schedule

Sessions will last 1.5 hrs with 60 mins SAQ and technical footwork drills and 30 mins SSGs (small-sided games - 4v4, 5v5, 6v6). The benefits of SAQ training are discussed in this blog post by Andrew Raines.

Shooting/Finishing Schedule
Shooting/Finishing sessions will focus on some of the following: technique for striking a ball, generating power, striking from distance, volleys, half-volleys, side-volleys, finishing from crosses, shooting on the turn, chipping, lobbing, inside and outside of the foot finishing, toe pokes, 1 v 1s and improving decision making in the box (power versus placement).
